Can You Be Successful In MLM Without Hype?

Network Marketing

Absolutely!

In fact, a no-hype approach will make you more money in the long run. How many times in your career were you approached with the next “big-thing” and told you simply must get in now? How did that work out for you? Were you told by your sponsor that you didn’t have to do anything but share the products with everyone you know, and you will have walk away big income in no time? Was it true? Nope.

See, it does take work, and it takes a vision, a plan and a work ethic. Just like any real income opportunity. And if you are running around spouting the same hype, guess who you will attract into your business? Yep, the something-for-free type. Someone who feels they don’t have to do anything, so they don’t. Then what happens? You guessed it, they quit after 3 months. That’s no way to build your business.

Now, let’s change the dynamic some. Be honest with potential prospects. Be clear in your message…

I work with a great company that stands behind it’s representatives, has great products and an exceptional pay plan. I will personally work with you until you have sponsored at least 5 people and have at least 5 ongoing product customers. It will take some work, some planning and some time/money investment, but if you approach it as a business, it will be successful, and I am here to help ensure that.

Can you see the difference in the type of person you will be working with? I want to work with people that understand that this, like any other business, isn’t a free ride. Not everyone can do it and I am lying if I say they can. But if my prospect is willing to be trained, take advice and is coach-able, I am miles ahead of most of the people out there recruiting. I have a potential “business-builder” instead of a one-hit-wonder.

Who would you rather work with?

Change your approach, be honest up front and follow through with what you say and you will be successful. Oh, and it helps if you have a plan that you can teach them. There are tools out there that will help. You have to invest in yourself to get the right tools, training and knowledge to be a success. This part is absolutely the same as a brick and mortar business. The more you invest in you, the more value you bring to the table. Are YOU setting the right example?

If you are interested in working with someone with this mindset, someone interested in your success and willing to do whatever it takes to help you succeed, you may contact me about becoming my next successful business builder.
