5 Ways To Know If You Are A Latent Leader

Network Marketing

There’s a latent leader in only a small portion of the population, so how will you know if you are one? Only you can answer the question, but I can give you some hints. Guide posts if you will.

  • Are you a self-starter?
  • Do you day dream?
  • Are you dissatisfied with the status-quo?
  • Do you KNOW you could be wildly successful if you just found the right “business”?
  • Is the word “commitment” a “four-letter” word to you, or do you still know what it really means?

If you answered yes to all the questions, then you are probably a Latent Leader. Now, the question becomes, what are you going to do about it?

If you are sick of your job, would like more time at home with the family or out with your friends and the money to enjoy that time, then it might be time to get busy. I won’t lie to you though. Becoming someone who successfully works from home is work. A lot of work.

Here’s the good news though. The rewards are well worth it. Yes, it will take you a year or two to get to the point where you are earning a LOT more than your current boss, but once it happens, you can work a lot less without reducing your income — if you set it up right.

In this industry, we all start from “ground zero”, but some rise faster than others. Know the difference between the two types of successful entrepreneurs? One makes a commitment to do anything and everything necessary to build a successful business, while the other “works it” like a job. One helps others because they know when those they help succeed, they are all but guaranteed wild success in business. The other is out for themselves only and will get ONLY what they can personally build. Which one sounds like you?

If you are a self-starter that day dreams of taking their family on long vacations to exotic places… if you are not satisfied with the status quo and know deep down you can be wildly successful with the right “vehicle”, you are the type of person I am looking for.

I am looking for Latent Leaders that just need a little training. the right tools, some guidance and advice. I don’t want people I have to babysit full-time (I already raised my kids, thanks). I don’t want people who whine all the time about how their situation “sucks” but are unwilling to do what is required to change it.

I want one or two latent leaders that are ready to break out of the pack and make the commitment to change their lives.

If this sounds like you, I would like to talk to you. I am sure I am not the only one either. The MLM industry has some great leaders involved, just not enough of them. We need more.

Are you a Latent Leader?
