HARP Loan Tutorial PURLem

As a part of a larger project, entrepreneur Freemen Sawyer needed to create PURLem pages that would respond with the known information about a contact he had sent a direct mail piece to. This HTML/PHP template would display personalized messages and contact info, and ask for additional information. And if his sales people gave out new links for people that were not listed in the master contact database, it had to gracefully offer similar info, while asking them to supply the missing pieces of info.
